We are happy to cover any reasonable (<£50) travel expenses for attendees who give a talk or present a poster. We will notify successful speakers/poster presenters after the deadline.

Conference Dinner

There will be a conference dinner at a local restaurant, priority will be given to people who give a talk or present a poster. If you are registered for the conference dinner and would like to bring a +1, please get in touch.


Directions

The conference will be hosted in the Read Lecture Theatre on Level 5, Sherfield Building, located on the South Kensington Campus of Imperial College. The closest tube stations are South Kensington and Gloucester Road which are on the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines. We advise using national rail and TFL to plan your journey accordingly.

The Sherfield Building is number 20 on Imperial College’s campus map. Take the lift to level 5 and follow the signs from there!
